Length of Service Awards Christmas Vouchers Health & Wellbeing initiatives Job Description Job Title: Customer Service Hours: 37.5 Monday - Friday - 9:00 am till 5:00 pm Job Location: Leicester - Hybrid Salary: 23, 810 - 25, 500 As our Customer Service Advisory (non food) You will Successfully own and manage a volume of product lines within a timeframe, to ensure the client?s key milestones are met. Provide non-technical operational support to internal departments, suppliers, clients and other external bodies via email and telephone. Work with the Account Managers to ensure the smooth running, success and development of a Global Contract and take on additional clients and projects as gained. Follow up on sales inquiries, liaise with the team leader and advisor to issue quotations to clients, ensuring all actions and communications are recorded in Salesforce. Own multiple email inboxes and telephone calls. PO Chasing and invoicing for all completed products and financial reporting. Qualifications Skills & Knowledge Good written and verbal communication skills Be able to work proactively within defined processes and deadlines with little supervision. Build professional relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Be highly organised, practical and pro-active. Have a methodical and structured approach to managing high volumes of products. Have excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Packages. A positive work ethic and a can do attitude. Qualifications At a minimum must be qualified to A Level (or equivalent).
