Location: Middlesborough Working Hours: Full Time Job Type: Permanent Salary: Negotiable About the Role: We?re seeking a passionate Mechanical Project Manager who will be Managing projects and overseeing the installation of systems ensuring the works are completed to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities: Estimating costs of the mechanical installations and negotiating with Subcontractors. Liaising with Subcontractors, Design / Project Teams and Clients. Liaising with the sub-contractors, design/project teams, Client and deploy labour and materials as required. Design of mechanical services, including heating, ventilation and air conditioning. Pipework design for general building services and a knowledge of generator pipework installations. Preparation of detailed design mechanical calculations. Qalifications/Skills: HNC or equivalent in mechanical service Experience of AutoCAD and/or BIM software would be advantageous. full UK driving licence..
