Our Team The Business Banking Tribe is part of Core Banking and Payments Systems but is aligned to our Business Banking function, changing and running the technology systems that support our Business Banking customers and colleagues. We are looking for a Junior Dynamics Developer to join one of our Dynamics Squad within our Business Banking Tribe. You will be working in an Agile environment helping to deliver our key objectives and create brilliant digital experiences for customers and colleagues. What you?ll be doing ? Working as part of a squad you will deliver high quality Dynamics solutions to meet business objective ? Support the team to understand business problems, size work and deliver change in sprints. ? Following best practices established by the team to ensure high-quality outcomes ? Collaborating with delivery partners to maintain high standards in solution development ? Building your skills and contributing to projects under the guidance of senior developers and architects We need you to have ? Some experience or exposure to Power Apps Portals; Dynamics 365 Sales & Customer Service ? Experience or exposure to C# and JavaScript ? Experience of working in an Agile environment and happy to be a contributor to the success of the team. ? A learning mindset - willingness to keep learning, growing and developing your technical skills within the Power Platform It?s a bonus if you have but not essential ? Relevant certifications or accreditations, such as for the Power Platform, C# or JavaScript ? Experience or exposure to HTML, CSS or Java ? Experience or exposure to React, AlpineJS or other JavaScript framework. ? Experience in financial services environment and working in a regulated environment. ?
